As a realtor a question I get asked all the time is “how is the market?” And my answer usually begins with “it depends!” And then I ask questions for clarification. Are they asking from a seller’s perspective or a buyer’s side? Which area are they asking about? What type of home are they referring to? Based on the information received, I can provide a more adequate answer to their original question.
The last couple of months has brought opportunities all the way from Abbotsford to the island. Buyer interest is on the rise, and the February numbers are proof of that.
